Consent to the Processing of Personal Data under the GDPR
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), as well as other applicable legal regulations, I hereby grant my consent to

to process my personal data under the terms and conditions set out below.
Personal Data to Be Processed
The Controller may process the following personal data:
First name and surname;
Postal address;
E-mail address;
Telephone number;
Delivery address;
Company Registration Number (Company ID) of a legal entity or self-employed person;
VAT Identification Number (VAT ID);
Any other information voluntarily provided by the customer.
Purpose of Processing Personal Data
The Controller processes personal data for the following purposes:
conclusion and performance of a purchase agreement or any other contractual relationship with the customer;
protection and enforcement of rights arising from the concluded contract;
operation of the online store information system;
providing information regarding the shipment and delivery of goods;
sending commercial offers and marketing communications.
Where the customer expressly chooses this option, the Controller may also process personal data for the purpose of sending commercial communications, newsletters, promotional offers and for profiling aimed at providing relevant marketing content.
Retention Period of Personal Data
The Controller is entitled to retain and archive personal data for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which the data were collected, in particular:
for the duration of the contractual relationship;
for the period necessary to exercise or defend legal claims arising from the contract;
for the period required by applicable legal regulations, especially accounting, tax and archival legislation.
Personal data processed for marketing purposes will be retained until the data subject withdraws their consent, but no longer than five (5) years from the date of the last purchase.
After this period, all personal data processed for marketing purposes will be permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
