Terms and Conditions
1. Basic provisions
1. The customer is obliged to familiarize himself with the sales, delivery and complaint conditions before starting the purchase.
2. The price of the goods is stated with a statement as to whether it includes VAT, or the amount of VAT, or that it is an amount without VAT. The price of the product does not include postage. In the event of a price change, the customer is contacted by e-mail, telephone or fax.
3. For some types of curtains, the heights may differ by +-5 cm from the stated dimensions. The minimum purchase of curtains is 1.5 standard meters (this does not apply to the order of curtains with a height of 250 cm, 40 cm, 60 cm). The seller reserves the right to deliver the ordered curtain to the buyer in a meter width larger than the buyer's order, while the difference must not be more than 15%. Bedspreads, blankets, sheets and some types of piece curtains are delivered in original packaging, the packaging is considered part of the goods and its value is included in the price of the goods.
4. The customer has the right to return the goods within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving reasons (the goods were delivered to him by a transport service). In this case, he can request a refund or replacement for other goods. Returned goods must be undamaged. This provision does not apply to goods that are processed to the customer's order. This provision does not in any way affect the right to claim.
5. The purchase price of the goods in the Order is at least 4.35 Pounds (including VAT) and without shipping charges.
2. Ordering
1. In your own interest, enter true and accurate data in the order form (registration) so that we can deliver the goods to you properly and on time. In this way, you will be informed by e-mail about the processing of the order by e-mail address. In other cases, if necessary, we will contact you by phone or mail.
2. We consider your order binding. If you subsequently decide to change the order after it has been sent, you can do so within 2 hours of placing the order by e-mail, telephone or fax.
3. We reserve the right to refuse an order, especially due to the impossibility of securing the goods properly and on time.
4. If the goods are not in stock, the seller will confirm the price and delivery date to the buyer in advance by telephone / e-mail. The seller is entitled to change this price due to the current market situation and depending on the development of the CZK exchange rate against foreign currencies. If the buyer does not agree to such a change, does not confirm the order, then this order is not implemented. In such a case, the customer is notified by e-mail, telephone, fax or in writing within the shipping period. In the case of prepayment, the customer is refunded in full to his account.
3. Payment terms
1. Payment in cash upon personal collection of goods
2. Cash on delivery incl. postage and packaging, upon delivery of the goods (cash is taken from the customer by the carrier)

4. Delivery conditions
1. Sending by transport service: the goods can be sent to the buyer by PPL, DPD or Packeta transport service. The price of transportation is governed by the carrier's price list, current on the day of the order.
2. The deadline for stock removal and subsequent delivery is approximately one week, in case of an extension of the delivery date, the customer will receive information about the extension of the delivery date of the goods. After prior agreement, the customer can pick up the goods in person according to the above payment conditions.
5. Complaints
The rights and obligations of the contracting parties regarding rights from defective performance are governed by the Czech Civil Code (§ 1914-1925, § 2099-2117, 2161-2174).
1. The customer is obliged to immediately open the delivered shipment and check its condition, any damage caused by the transport must be reported to the carrier immediately.
2. Internet store operator ERVI - PLAS 2000 s.r.o. stipulates the following in the event of a claim for product defects:
complaints about purchased goods are governed by the Commercial Code and the Civil Code (Consumer Protection Act).
the claim for the additional service "shipment transport" is governed by the carrier's transport conditions and is a separately ordered service.

4. Your complaint will be dealt with within the statutory period after receiving your written message and the goods.
6. Withdrawal from the contract
1. According to § 1837 of the Czech Civil Code, the consumer cannot withdraw from the contract
- about the delivery of goods that have been modified according to the wishes of the consumer or for his person,
- about the delivery of goods in closed packaging, which the consumer has removed from the packaging and for hygienic reasons it is not possible to return it,
2. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
Cut-to-measure items cannot be returned.
3. The buyer - consumer, in accordance with § 1829, paragraph 1 of the Czech Civil Code, has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
If the consumer withdraws from the contract, he shall send or hand over to the entrepreneur without undue delay, no later than fourteen days from the withdrawal from the contract, the goods he received from him.
If the service has already been provided to the consumer, the entrepreneur is not obliged to do anything, with the exception of the provisions of § 1834.
If the buyer withdraws from the purchase contract, the buyer bears the costs associated with returning the goods to the seller, even if the goods cannot be returned by the usual postal route due to their nature.
7. Protection of personal data
1. The personal information of customers is protected against disclosure and any misuse. personal data are used only for sending the ordered shipment and for communication with the customer.
2. If the customer provides an email address, the operator of the online store reserves the right to send customers ongoing information about new goods, etc. The customer's expressed wish not to send this information will be respected.
3. I declare that all personal information provided in this form/imported file is complete and true. I agree that this data will be processed by Česká pošta, s.p. for the purpose of contact during the delivery of parcels. The data will be stored in accordance with Act No. 101/2000Coll., on the protection of personal data. I acknowledge the information about my right to access the processed personal data, the right to correct this data and the obligation of Česká pošta, s.p. upon request, provide me with information about their processing, as well as other rights set forth in § 21 of Act 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data.
